Your colour journey starts here. A relaxed one-on-one conversation where we explore your colour goals, discuss what's possible, assess your hair, create a tailored colour plan and provide a clear quote before booking your colour appointment.

Not sure which cut is right for you? Our Haircut Discovery Date is a relaxed conversation where we'll discuss your lifestyle, styling routine, hair concerns and desired look. Together, we'll create a plan for a haircut that suits you, your hair and the way you live.

Some like it hot, but you don't, and that's cool with us! If having the water or the blow dryer too hot gives you sensory overload, let us know!

Low contact service. We only touch you when we absolutely need to to do your hair. No massage at the basin, no scalp brushing and we will let you know every time we have to make physical contact and what we're about to do.

Prefer not to chat? does small talk with strangers exhaust & terrify you? After having a quick talk about your hair, this is a no chat service. We will only talk to you if it is about your hair or your service (or if you talk to us).
